Social results. Increase of mobility of medical services, improvement of the quality of service, reduction of the cost of medical services for the population of region.

Marketing results. The planned information service will be unique in Primorsky Krai and will aspire to capture by an information network the increasing number of cities, towns and villages.

Financial results. “The regional information service of the social care” plans to receive financing for providing the current work:

- from regional and urban budgets;

- as payment for information and telecommunication services on the part of medical institutions;

- from the private persons for information and telecommunication services;

- as the investor's help.
